Our goal is to provide unbiased training by presenting all course material in a factual method. Every effort is made for classes to follow the course outline, but courses may not be exactly as advertised due to unforeseen circumstances.

Seminar Schedules:
All seminars start and end promptly at the times given. Breaks will be given. Coffee and refreshments will be provided. All-day sessions do not include lunch unless specifically stated when you register.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If students do not feel that they are receiving the expected value of the class then students are expected to discuss their concerns with the instructor. If students do not feel their concerns have been addressed they should then talk with the Management at Electrical Enlightenment, Inc. If no resolution can be reached then a partial refund may be given based on the percentage of the class that has already been completed.

Prices:
Prices shown are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices are exclusive of all appropriate sales, use and like taxes and of all appropriate shipping charges.

Registration:
Registration may be made via fax, e-mail, postal mail, telephone or our website at www.electricalenlightenment.com (Website registration requires credit card payment method only).

Payment Method:
We accept cash, checks, company credit (if your company is pre-approved) and MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

A $25 late registration fee will be assessed for any fees received less than 5 business days prior to the course date.

Cancellations and Refunds:
A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the class start date. A student also has the option to reschedule a course for a later date.

No refunds for cancellation less than 72 hours prior to class date.

Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Training Materials:
Textbooks and lab manuals are included in the course fee unless otherwise specified. Please be sure to check prior to class to ensure that you have the proper materials.

Certificate of Completion:
A Certificate of Completion will be given to all participants. If requested, a copy of the certificate will be provided to the employer for the employee personnel file.
