This service is to provide the electrical contractor with a complete and comprehensive estimating service.

Performing these services, we can maintain a seamless appearance to suppliers and general contractors as your "estimating department" on an as needed basis. We are your exclusive professional estimator for all of your project bidding needs.

The Standard Estimating ServiceTM is included with the Turn Key Estimating ServiceTM with the addition of the following:

  1. Acquisition of bidder's list (if available).
  2. Material packages faxed directly to the suppliers.
  3. Material packages received directly from suppliers.
  4. Preparation of the proposal.
  5. Fax proposal on your letterhead to each builder.
  6. Projected costs for bonding.
  7. Follow up on award with competitive bids.
  8. Follow up report and bidding adjustment recommendations.

Note: The contractor will need to provide P & L*, Balance Statement*, overhead rates*, labor rates*, burden percentages per employee* and suppliers. This information will be used to develop your company costs for estimating.

*Additional Note: By choosing the additional service for the financial overhead, burden cost analysis, Electrical Enlightenment will calculate these costs, which are specific to your contracting company, and incorporated them into each estimate allowing for a cutting edge competitive bid proposal. Turn Key Estimating Service fees are determined by increasing the classification for the project being estimated (Class 1TM, Class 2TM, Class 3TM).
